At Shine On, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible fashion items. Simply ensure your items are unworn and have the original tags attached to receive a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a free home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
